I don’t expect the pay to be quite as competitive as some of the hospitals in the bigger city nearby (Syracuse) but I’m ok with that. Info- I plan on working at a smaller hospital in Upstate/Central New York. I would especially love info from anyone in Upstate New York. I realize pay will differ by location but I was hoping to get some sort of idea of what other facilities are offering. I’ve been told by multiple techs in my area to be prepared to negotiate as many places around me will give low ball offers.
